How to make til gud ladoo?

Til gud ladoo is a traditional Indian sweet made from sesame seeds (til) and jaggery (gud). Here is a simple recipe to make til gud ladoo:


1 cup sesame seeds
1 cup jaggery
1/4 cup ghee
A pinch of cardamom powder (optional)

Heat a pan on medium heat and dry roast the sesame seeds for 2-3 minutes or until they turn golden brown.
In another pan, melt the jaggery and add the ghee and cardamom powder. Mix well.
Add the roasted sesame seeds to the melted jaggery mixture and mix well.
Remove from heat and let it cool for a few minutes.
Once cooled, take small portions of the mixture and shape them into ladoos.
Let the ladoos cool completely and store them in an airtight container.
You can adjust the amount of jaggery and ghee to suit your taste. These ladoos are a great source of energy and are perfect to have as a snack or as a dessert. They can also be stored for a longer time and enjoyed later.
