I like this kangni as it cooks up light and fluffy. I have found a great alternative to rice. It keeps me full for longer, and most importantly, doesn’t create any problems with digestion.

Great for weight management! I switched to foxtail millet a couple of years back due to its low glycemic index. It has really helped with my diet. The taste is typically like homemade pulao, and it’s nutritious, too.

I got this Foxtail millet for my father who’s a diabetic patient. It has been a healthy replacement for white rice. It’s light, nutritious, and doesn’t spike his blood sugar levels.

Now I found a healthy staple for my pantry. Foxtail millet has become a regular in my kitchen, and I have been using it for more than three years. The kangni is rich in fiber and is easy to cook. It pairs well with dal and veggies. Highly recommended!
