1Step 1: Start by grinding the peeled garlic cloves in a food processor until it is minced. Once garlic is chopped, add kale, hemp seeds, lemon juice, salt and pepper to the processor. Grind everything and add Adya Organics Flaxseed Oil to the mix.
2Step 2: Adjust the consistency by adding more oil or reserve pasta water. You can also add more lemon juice or salt/pepper as per your liking.
3Step 3: Once pesto is ready, store it in an airtight jar or cook pasta al dente according to the instructions on the packet.
4Step 4: Leave the pasta to cool and add flax oil pesto to the cold pasta slowly. Savor immediately.
