The Rural Development Minister was addressing the closing ceremony of the seven-day multilayer farming of organic agricultural scientist Akash Chaurasia of Sagar, MP at Aadya Organic Farm in Mangrauli village, Dostpur, near Sector 167, Noida. By growing these crops, the income of the farmers will definitely increase manifold, the cost will also come down and the water consumption will also be reduced.He said that former MP R. Of. Sinha’s effort is commendable and on one hand the income of the farmers will be manifold, while on the other hand the public will get poison free food and vegetables.
Akash Chaurasia, the father of multilayer farming, said that with multilayer farming, crops will be protected from extreme heat and extreme cold and will also be protected from weeds and insects. The biggest thing is that due to having five crops together, farmers will continue to get some economic benefit every month.Mangrauli’s head Chaman and former head Kalu welcomed the minister and demanded electricity connections to the farmers of the submerged area for agricultural work.
In the last session of the seven-day multilayer farming, former Minister of Government of India and presently Minister of Industries of Bihar, Syed Shahnawaz Hussain advised to increase the value of agricultural products by processing them.
